SYRACUSE, NY -- There are several ways pet owners reach out to the Shamrock Animal Fund for assistance with their pets. In our high tech world we can look at what leads a pet owner to ShamrockAnimalFund.com. Topping the list is Google. Facebook is also a big connector. But, there are two national pet organizations who have singled out the Shamrock Animal Fund as one of only a handful in all of New York State to help pay for veterinary care for animals that have owners with financial limitations.
In fact, the Shamrock Animal Fund is the only foundation of its kind from just north of New York City to the edges of Western New York. Both the Humane Society of the United States and Redrover put the Shamrock Animal Fund in the company of a small handful of agencies doing similar work.
Both organizations have a wide reaching national list of animal helping agencies that have as some part of their mission the financial assistance of pet owners.
